The FIRST STAGE WRITERS' WORKSHOP meets the first and third TUESDAY of the month at 6:00 PM. Due to Covid 19 we are currently meeting ONLINE only. Please check CALENDAR for more information.
Current dues-paying member WRITERS may submit material in advance to be read by professional actors. The writers have a chance to receive immediate feedback on what they have presented. The focus is on the writing, not the acting. Non-members may attend a workshop as part of our audience at no charge. Join our email list on the CONTACT page to receive a (Zoom) invitation for the next workshop. The Writers' Workshop also provides an excellent opportunity for ACTORS to work on their cold reading skills. We are currently allowing non-member actors to participate without charge.
